In 2023 there will be a number of ticketed events, supported by free networking opportunities incorporated into the program.
We will also leave the evening on Conference Day 1 free for you to head out on the town with either your team or new friends.
TICKETED SOCIAL EVENTS
- SEN Awards Gala Dinner 2023 – Thursday 23rd November, 7.00pm – Our pinnacle social event!
Held in the beautiful Grand Ballroom at the Novotel Northbeach on the beaches of Wollongong. This is a must-attend event for delegates wanting to celebrate the fantastic outcomes achieved by our members during another challenging year. Our other ticketed social event is for delegates arriving on the day before the conference.
- Pre-Conference Networking – Monday 2oth November, 6.00pm.
A great way to kick off your conference experience and start connecting with your peers. Join us for a fun evening at the UOW Science Space, where you can interact with the interesting exhibits, enjoy a drink and a barbecue, and even catch a breathtaking show at the planetarium. – https://sciencespace.com.au/
FREE SOCIAL EVENTS
- The SEN Networking Drinks – Wednesday 22nd November, 5:30pm.
The networking drinks will take place in the UOW UniBar, at the end of a busy Conference Day Two after the SEN Expo. This is a traditional part of SENCON and a great place to relax casually with fellow delegates and sponsors. Meet up with peers from like-minded sector interest groups, while enjoying a drink and some nibbles. We will be showcasing some of our National Competition talent on the stage with some live music, and when it ends, why not head out on the town with your team or new friends!
