DESCRIPTION:Positive workplace behaviour is critical for an effective workplace culture. workplace bullying\, harassment\, and discrimination are issues that can erode a positive\, productive culture and create serious risks for all\, yet too often we avoid dealing with these behaviours or allegations only to see them escalate. \nThis workshop will explore the impact of workplace behaviour on workplace culture\, provide practical strategies for managing inappropriate or unlawful behaviour\, and building a positive workplace culture. \nLearning outcomes\nFollowing the program participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify key behaviours that contribute to a positive workplace culture\nCall our below-the-line behaviour\nDescribe the meaning of bullying and harassment and the impact it can have on the workplace\nBuild a toolkit to be able to be an active bystander where required
