DESCRIPTION:As many as one in five Australians are neurodivergent\, but many organisations are missing out on tapping into this pool of employees because they continue to use outdated recruitment and work practices. \nNeurodivergence spans the spectrum of autism\, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)\, dyslexia\, dyscalculia\, dyspraxia\, and Tourette syndrome\, to name a few diagnoses. \nA neuro-affirming approach builds inclusive systems and communication practices that support diverse cognitive profiles from the outset.
