SUMMARY:WEBINAR - Build Your First Copilot Agent
DESCRIPTION:Build your first AI agent using Microsoft Copilot\, no coding required. In this hands-on session you’ll create a simple agent that can answer staff questions using your organisation’s own documents.\nAI agents are becoming one of the most useful ways to put artificial intelligence to work\, but getting started can feel intimidating. In this practical session\, you’ll learn what agents are\, how they differ from a standard Copilot chat\, and where they can add value in a not-for-profit organisation. \nWorking step by step\, you’ll build a simple HR helper agent that can answer common staff questions using organisational policies and documents. Along the way you’ll learn how to write effective instructions\, connect knowledge sources\, test responses\, and improve the quality of your agent. You’ll leave with a working example and the confidence to apply the same approach to other business tasks. \nLearning topics: \n\nUnderstand what AI agents are\, how they work\, and how they differ from a standard Microsoft Copilot conversation.\nIdentify practical\, low-risk opportunities to use AI agents within your own organisation.\nCreate and test a working Microsoft Copilot agent that uses organisational documents to answer staff questions accurately and consistently.
