DESCRIPTION:Provides support to groups\, organisations and causes that serve local communities where each Grill’d Restaurant is located. \n\n\nEvery month\, each restaurant splits $500 between three groups doing amazing work in the community —and that’s where YOUR vote counts. \nThrough Local Matters\, Grill’d gives $80\,000 every month to groups across the country. Since 2011\, Local Matters has donated over $7 million to 30\,000+ local community groups\, organisations and projects:\n– Health & disability: $1\,255\,600\n– Community service: $1\,401\,600\n– Sport & recreation: $1\,306\,700\n– Animals & environment: $773\,800\n– Youth service: $766\,500. \nHow it works\n– It’s easy! Order at Grill’d in-restaurant or online and you’ll get a token to vote for the cause closest to your heart.\n– 1 burger = 1 vote. Order your burger in-restaurant or online to get your token\n– Vote for the community group you care about most\n– The jar with the most tokens gets $300\, and the other two each get $100. \nBe a part of local matters\n– Is your group doing good in the community? SUMMARY:GRANT-AUS NAIDOC Local Grants
DESCRIPTION:NAIDOC Local Grants support activities held for NAIDOC Week (5 to 12 July 2026) that celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories\, cultures\, achievements and their continuing contribution to our country and Australian society. \nFunding is available across 3 funding streams: \n1.       Educational Institutions (up to $1\,500) \n2.       Small-scale grants (up to $10\,000)\, and \n3.       Large-scale grants (more than $10\,000 and up to $25\,000). \nNAIDOC Local Grants provide a contribution towards the cost of local and regional NAIDOC Week activities across Australia – it is not expected to cover the full running costs of an event. It is expected that most grants will be awarded for $10\,000 or less. \nNon-Indigenous organisations are strongly encouraged to work with their local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in planning activities. \nAll applicants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the 2026 NAIDOC Local Grants Opportunity – Grant Opportunity Guidelines. Applicants seeking a large-scale grant of more than $10\,000 and up to $25\,000 will also be assessed against the selection criterion and compared to other applications in the large-scale grants stream. \nThe NIAA distributes available funding across NIAA Regions\, based on geographic location and the number and proportion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents. Funding preference is given to Indigenous Organisations when distributing funding within each NIAA Region (in accordance with the Grant Funding Preference Priorities set out in the 2026 NAIDOC Local Grants Opportunity – Grant Opportunity Guidelines). \nNIAA delegates will decide on the number and value of grants awarded in each of the 3 funding streams within NIAA Regions. We expect most grants will be offered to applications in Stream Two – Small Scale Grants. Grant Funding Preference Priorities may also impact on the number of applications funded under Stream One. \n\n\nEligibility: \n\nTo be eligible to apply\, you must be intending to deliver an activity aligned with the objectives of the grant opportunity\, including supporting the Australian Government’s commitment to celebrate\, support\, and raise awareness of First Nations histories and cultures within the wider community. \nIf you are a non-Indigenous organisation\, you must have support from your local First Nations community or stakeholders for the proposed activity. You are strongly encouraged to provide evidence of this. \nIf you are applying as a Partnership or Sole Trader you must provide a Letter of Support from the secondary organisation (educational institution or event organiser) where your activity will take place. If  a Partnership or Sole Trader is using their own premises\, a Letter of Support should come from confirmed attendees. For non-Indigenous Partnerships or Sole Traders\, this Letter of Support must come from the local First Nations community or stakeholders. \nAll applicants must: \n\nhave an Australian Business Number (exemptions may apply)\nwhere relevant\, be registered for the purposes of GST;\nhave an account with an Australian financial institution; and\nbe one of the following entity types:\n\n\n\n\nan Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006\na company incorporated in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001\nan incorporated association\nan incorporated cooperative\nan organisation established through a specific piece of Commonwealth or state / territory legislation including public benevolent institutions\, churches and universities\nan Australian local government body\nan incorporated Trustee on behalf of a Trust\na Partnership\na Sole Trader\na joint (consortium) application with a lead organisation that satisfies the entity type\, or\nan educational institution or correctional facility.\n\n\n\n\n\nGrant Activity Timeframe: \n\nNAIDOC Local Grants funded activities must align with the objectives of the NAIDOC Local Grants Opportunity and should ideally occur during\, or as close as possible to\, NAIDOC Week (5 to 12 July 2026). Requests to run activities up until 31 October 2026 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. DESCRIPTION:Streamlines fundraising by offering prize draws to organisations and causes of any size. \n\n\n*Note – Fundraising permit only held in NSW so far\, ALL other States and Territories to be added ASAP.* \nACFP is an Australian Owned fundraising platform that streamlines fundraising by consolidating the supporters from multiple fundraising causes into the one draw\, not only increasing the available prize pool\, but also reducing or completely eliminating their fundraising burden to allow organisations to concentrate on their core mission without the added stresses of fundraising logistics. \nAustralian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd is a Not-For-Profit (Zero Profit) Charitable Fundraising Organisation. \nThey fundraise for and provide funding directly to:\n– Small Community Groups\, Teams\, Clubs\, Schools\, Charities and Charitable Causes who may be finding it hard to fundraise enough or at all due to their size\, location and reach. \nAs a Zero Profit Organisation ACFP takes no payments\, has no held bank accounts or investments for profit. They are run and managed completely by volunteers\, and 100% of any donated funds are passed on to the intended cause. \nACFP is able to provide a massive 65% of the income from ticket sales directly to the partner responsible for that sale\, with NO extra costs. Any applicable taxes\, if required at all\, are paid by each partner on the donations and sponsorship they receive from the sale of their tickets on this website. \nALL tickets in the ACF Community Art Union are $2. ACFP guarantee that a minimum of 65% of EVERY SALE is forwarded directly to supporting your chosen School\, community group\, sporting club or charity. \nFor example\, a $100 ticket bundle breakdown:\n– $65 to your chosen cause\n– $15 prize pool\n– $10 GST\n– $1.50 to $3.50 is 1.5% to 3.5% charged as online payment fees\, out of the remaining $6.50 to $8.50. \nACF also pays all other cost for both ACF and ACFP Ltd\, including applicable Tax to the ATO. \nACFP Ltd supplies the prizes out of the held 15%. \nIt’s 100% free for ANY community cause to partner with ACFP\, and the more tickets sold means more funds raised for good causes in NSW. \nClick here to view full funding guidelines on the provider’s website.
