DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by The Resilience Project\, these interactive Wellbeing Workshops are designed to help SEN members build resilience\, strengthen connection\, and thrive through change. \nWellbeing Workshop 1: Looking After Yourself \nKey themes: Individual Wellbeing\, Gratitude\, Mindfulness. \nYou will explore evidence-based ways to boost positive emotions and make intentional activities to support their wellbeing a part of their everyday life. \nParticipants will leave: \n– Educated about their ability to improve their wellbeing. \n– Equipped with gratitude and mindfulness strategies that can be practised at work and everyday life. \n– Aware of common barriers to wellbeing and empowered to implement strategies after the workshop. \n  \nCOST:  \n\n$100 (incl) per participant per workshop.\n$300 per participant if registering for all 4.

You’ll gain a clear understanding of what sponsors are actually looking for\, learn how to reframe your thinking and communication from desperation to conviction\, and walk away with a refined strategy that leads to stronger\, more successful sponsorship outcomes. \nThe workshop includes a comprehensive\, re-usable 24-page workbook\, full lifetime access to the workshop recording\, and a suite of ready-to-use templates (including proposals\, agreements\, checklists\, swipe files and Canva designs).
