DESCRIPTION:Maintaining your composure and effectively working through problems and challenges with others is a vital skill. In our current environment many are experiencing stress\, hardship and may at times exhibit challenging behaviour. We are now more likely to be dealing with this in a hybrid working environment which requires a whole new skill set. \nThis session will aim to build your toolkit and prepare to effectively navigate these situations towards a positive outcome for both parties. \nLearning outcomes\nFollowing the program participants will be able to: \n\nAppreciate the dangers of avoiding difficult conversations and the benefits of handling situations early.\nPrepare and plan for having difficult conversations.\nIdentify their approach and mindset.\nApply the listening and communication skills required while engaging in these conversations.
