SUMMARY:Webinar - Not-for-profit Innovation on a shoestring
DESCRIPTION:The not-for-profit (NFP) sector exists to tackle humanity’s biggest challenges – poverty\, homelessness\, climate change\, inequality. These are problems that are unlikely to be solved with business-as-usual approaches. They demand fresh ideas\, bold thinking\, and new ways of working. \n\n\n\n\nYet innovation in NFPs is often seen as a luxury\, something reserved for tech start-ups or well-funded corporations. Many NFPs operate under tight financial constraints\, relying on grants from risk-averse funders who prioritise accountability over experimentation. \nThis webinar explores how NFPs can embed innovation into their DNA – without needing deep pockets or unlimited capacity. From using existing resources differently to embracing strategic risk-taking\, it offers practical insights to help NFPs think differently\, experiment wisely\, and drive lasting change. Because in a sector dedicated to solving society’s toughest problems\, standing still is not an option.

SUMMARY:WEBINAR - Leading Your Team Through Change With Clarity\, Confidence and the Energy to Keep Moving Forward
DESCRIPTION:Build a Culture That Stays Strong When Everything Else Changes \nMost leaders aren’t struggling because they can’t handle the work – they’re struggling because they’re leading teams through nonstop uncertainty while trying to look calm\, confident and in control. And the truth is\, it’s exhausting. \nYour team feels it too. Change fatigue. Slack morale. Confusion sitting just under the surface. Everyone trying to keep up while the ground keeps shifting. \nThis isn’t a moment for scripts or management clichés. This is a moment for leadership that is human\, grounded\, clear and deeply connected to purpose. \nThis session dives into the lived experience of leading in 2026 – when clarity is scarce\, expectations are high\, and relevance isn’t guaranteed. You’ll explore what teams actually need from you when pressure rises\, how culture is shaped in real time (not in documents)\, and how to lead in a way people can feel\, not just follow. \n\nArticulate the difference between managing change and leading through it:  Recognize how leadership influences culture\, engagement\, and momentum during transitions.\nIncrease clarity and alignment during uncertainty:  Practice tools for communicating purpose and direction so teams feel informed\, connected\, and grounded.\nLead with confidence and composure:  Demonstrate how confidence grounded in values and vision fosters trust and reduces stress across the team.\nSustain team energy through adaptive challenges:  Identify leadership behaviors that counter fatigue\, maintain focus\, and honor both progress and resilience.\nStrengthen team trust and psychological safety during transitions:  Apply listening\, inquiry\, and feedback practices that deepen connection and support meaningful participation\n\n📅 Date: Tuesday 3 February 2026 \n🕓 Time: 11am AEST | 12pm AEDT | 2pm NZDT (60mins) \n📍 Zoom \nWe’ll unpack practical ways to reduce burnout without lowering ambition\, how to keep your team aligned when priorities move\, and how to lead with energy even when the environment drains it. \nThis isn’t about managing change. It’s about becoming the leader people trust to walk them through it.
