About The Role 

Love working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Then this is the job for you!

Sitting within an Events & Marketing Team, you’ll get to showcase your outstanding end-to-end event management skills working on a broad range of events including outdoor expos and music events, cultural events, seminars, food festivals and more.

About You 

• You’ve got 4+ years experience in end-to-end Event Management

• You’re a self-starter who likes to work as part of a team

• You thrive in high pressure situations

• You are the ultimate multi-tasker who has no problems managing multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time.

• People are your jam – collaborating on concepts, onboarding volunteers, negotiating with stakeholders, liaising with performers – you like it all!

• You’re physically ready to break a sweat and get a little dirty with bump ins and bump outs.

UQ Union would love it if you’ve got some marketing experience to help promote these beautiful events but this isn’t essential.
