We were excited to see @unsa.uon open the doors to We were excited to see @unsa.uon open the doors to their brand-new HQ at Callaghan Campus recently!

The purpose-built space has brought student life together in one vibrant hub. It features expanded club areas, bookable meeting rooms, a dedicated Guild Lounge, and social spaces with pool and table tennis, alongside student favourites like the free coffee machine and kitchen. The Grand Opening Party officially launched the space and celebrated the strong student input behind its design.

More than just a new location, the HQ created a welcoming home for connection, collaboration and community on campus — a fantastic investment in the student experience.

Congratulations to the UNSA team on this milestone!

In this episode of SEN Insights, we’re joined by Josh Farr, Founder of Campus Consultancy, to explore how we measure the true value of the student experience.

We discuss the S.E.R.V.E. (Student Engagement and Retention Value Equation) approach and how it can help you clearly articulate both the community impact and financial return of student engagement.

We also dive into practical ways to collect and use your data to strengthen your case, influence decision-makers, and support long-term investment in the student experience.
