There are many occasions in today’s workplace where we are required to influence without authority.

This could be influencing peers or project team members, managing up, customers or clients across a variety of situations. Having the courage and confidence to be assertive and get your messages across to influence stakeholders at all levels is a critical skill in today’s business environment.

This session will look at practical strategies to engage and influence in situations where you do not have line authority.

• Identify their blockers when influencing without authority or managing up
• Reframe their blockers and lean into the discomfort of these conversations
• Develop a toolkit of strategies to influence and engage
• Confidently present your ideas in a logical, convincing way
