Generalist HR role focusing on Recruitment & compliance
DUSA is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator / Officer who has solid background in recruitment, EA / Award interpretation and enjoys an autonomous role assisting and supporting management.
Working closely with the management team and supporting the General Manager you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle and all related HR tasks.
A day in the life will include:
- Employee onboarding, induction and managing probation
- Providing advice and EA interpretation to staff, payroll and management
- Manage the annual performance review and annual staff survey
- Implement and manage the Recruitment process for any new and existing positions and DUSA’s annual intern program
- Maintain and manage the HRMIS ConnX
- and much more
About you:
· Minimum 5 years HR experience focusing on recruitment and EA or award interpretation
· Degree qualified
· Exposure or experience in a HRMIS preferably ConnX highly regarded
· Experience processing pay and using Micropay
· Ability to work autonomously and part of a team and can collaborate with payroll/finance
· Demonstrated experience in coaching and supporting managers with strong interpersonal skills
