About this session

In today’s complex workplace we are expected to engage a variety of different stakeholders externally, internally and cross functionally. Our ability to network and influence to achieve a positive outcome are highly valuable skills. In this workshop we will examine the benefits of internal and external networking and how to engage and influence stakeholders for a positive outcome.
