Kristy Duffy is the Co-Founder and Director of Awareness Co., an Australian consultancy specialising in Human Resources, organisational change, leadership, workplace wellbeing and psychosocial risk management.
With more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, organisational development and workplace transformation, Kristy partners with CEOs, executive teams and senior HR leaders across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors to navigate complex people challenges and build safer, healthier, high-performing workplaces. She is recognised for her expertise in Strengths-based Leadership and psychosocial hazard risk management, helping organisations translate evolving WHS obligations into practical, sustainable strategies that strengthen both compliance and culture.
