SESSION OVERVIEW

In this session, Tony & Ben will share the story of how ASPIRE Events, Venues & Catering went from losing over $600K in 2024 to achieving a $141K surplus in 2025. The internal (UOW) landscape changed dramatically in late 2023, drastically impacting ASPIRE’s financial viability. Various strategies were put in place throughout 2024 to realign towards Budget, with limited success. In late 2024, Management restructured ASPIRE and redefined the business model in order to rebuild sustainably.

Attendees will take away insights, ideas and inspiration that will help drive positive outcomes within their Food & Beverage businesses.
