WEBINAR – AI Automations for Not-For-Profits: Working with an AI Coworker
September 16 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Explore the next generation of automation where AI agents work towards goals rather than following fixed steps, and learn how to use them safely.
Traditional automations follow a defined set of instructions, but modern AI agents can work towards a goal and determine the steps themselves. This session explores how tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can be used as digital coworkers to perform recurring research, drafting and summarisation tasks. You’ll learn how to design useful agent workflows, establish practical guardrails and validate outputs before they are acted upon. The focus is on using AI agents productively while keeping risks manageable and outcomes reliable.
Key learnings:
- Set up a recurring AI task that researches, drafts or summarises information.
- Apply guardrails and review processes to reduce risk when using AI agents.
- Decide when to use traditional automation versus a goal-driven AI agent.
