The SEN Clubs & Societies Leadership Development Program is a certificated professional development program for clubs managers at SEN member campuses to develop skillsets, confidence and knowledge in support of student clubs and societies.
SEN have partnered with CPR Group to offer a program that provides you with a unique opportunity to discuss and explore emerging issues with industry experts through dynamic online sessions. Learn from the stories and experiences of other participants, and keep up to date with emerging developments in the sector.
What’s included:
- 6 Topics – Delve into six modules, covering everything from legal responsibilities and governance to financial management and strategic planning.
- 12 Online Sessions – 6 x 90 minute live online sessions, each followed by a 60-minute Mastermind session, to discuss the topic and foster shared learning.
- Advice and Support – Gain access to one-on-one professional advice from CPR Group, tailored to your unique challenges and goals.
- Valuable Resources – Utilise a suite of tools and resources designed to fortify your clubs and ensure their success.
- Certificate – Receive a certificate for completing your commitment to enhancing student experiences.
