SESSION OVERVIEW

We explore the four active generations currently shaping today’s workforce: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z. We will discuss what each group truly wants (and doesn’t want) from their work and leaders.

Session Agenda:

  • The 4 generations in the workplace today
  • Generational statistics
  • The key traits and motivators of each generation
  • The biggest satisfiers and dissatisfiers of each generation
  • How Gen Z is influencing new workplace expectations

By the end of this session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how to engage every generation and build a culture where all employees can thrive.
