GRANT-NT Harmony Grants

October 31

Provides funding for projects, events and activities that promote cultural diversity or harmony in the Northern Territory.

The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) administers Harmony Grants which are available to schools and organisations for the purposes of sharing and celebrating our cultural diversity.

Grants of up to $1,000 are available to schools and organisations in the Northern Territory (NT) for projects, events and activities that promote cultural diversity or harmony. This includes funding to participate in the Darwin Waterfront Harmony Soiree and the Big Day Out in Harmony at Alice Springs.

OMA encourages organisations to consider participating in the Darwin Waterfront Harmony Soiree event at the Darwin Waterfront. If you want to apply for funding assistance to participate in the Darwin Waterfront Harmony Soiree, make sure you provide answer of the relevant questions in the application form.

Competition for grants is strong and there are usually more applications than funds available.

You can apply for funding if you are one of the following:
– An incorporated multicultural community group
– A school
– A private not-for-profit group
– A local government council.
