First Brick Real Estate’s Customer Support Initiative is dedicated to fostering community growth and development. By supporting this community grant, the program aims to empower local projects that address critical needs, enhance neighbourhood well-being, and stimulate economic opportunities.

FBRE are committed to support any local communities and groups in one of the below categories:
– Not-for-profit associations and charity groups
– Sports clubs and schools
– Charity and fund raising events.

Each quarter, one winning group will be selected to receive a payment of $750. The total annual funding for the grant amounts to $3,000.

The selection process is based on the following criteria:
– Community Support: Organisations and groups that focus on supporting and strengthening local communities
– Location: Organisations and groups must be based in Melbourne.
