In our current environment many are experiencing stress, hardship and may at times exhibit challenging behaviour. We are now more likely to be dealing with this in a hybrid working environment which requires a whole new skill set.
This session will aim to build your toolkit and prepare to effectively navigate these situations towards a positive outcome for both parties.
