Positive workplace behaviour is critical for an effective workplace culture. workplace bullying, harassment, and discrimination are issues that can erode a positive, productive culture and create serious risks for all, yet too often we avoid dealing with these behaviours or allegations only to see them escalate.

This workshop will explore the impact of workplace behaviour on workplace culture, provide practical strategies for managing inappropriate or unlawful behaviour, and building a positive workplace culture.

• Call our below-the-line behaviour
• Describe the meaning of bullying and harassment and the impact it can have on the workplace
• Build a toolkit to be able to be an active bystander where required
