We are deeply saddened by the passing of Michael, a true legend in the student experience industry. For what felt like decades, Michael led with vision, wisdom, and unwavering dedication, shaping initiatives that kept university student services both contemporary and innovative.

His courageous leadership during the Voluntary Student Unionism (VSU) challenges from 2004 to 2006 was particularly remarkable, offering guidance that many leaned on during uncertain times.
