Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? The UWA Student Guild is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Casual Event Coordinator to help bring vibrant, engaging events to life for the UWA student community.

About the Role

• 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work additional hours during peak event periods
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse range of student events
• Assist with event set-up, pack-down and on-the-day operations
• Liaise with internal teams, performers, suppliers and stakeholders
• Help create welcoming, fun and well-run experiences for students

About You

• A natural organiser with excellent communication and people skills
• Energetic, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
• Experience in events, hospitality or customer service is highly regarded
