The Opportunities
The Workstream Leads play a key role providing leadership and subject matter expertise to support the University’s compliance with the Universities Accord (National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence) Act 2025.
Working collaboratively with the Program Manager, SME Lead, and a range of internal stakeholders, you’ll lead the design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen UNSW’s prevention of and response to gender-based violence. Each Workstream Lead has 1–2 direct reports and is responsible for coordinating delivery within your workstream, ensuring alignment with program goals, reporting requirements, and organisational values.
You will also support impact evaluation of education and service delivery, with scope to report findings to sector audiences and in publication.

You’ll lead the creation of training programs and educational content for staff, student leaders, and specific student cohorts (e.g., international students and residents). You’ll also coordinate bystander programs, external provider training, ensuring a consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach to capability building across UNSW.
