This workshop will encourage participants to contribute to creating a supportive workplace through valuing and strengthening workplace relationships by understanding the benefits of a connected and supportive culture. In doing so, participants will leave feeling motivated to put intentional effort into their relationships at work, and see how authenticity helps foster a connected, safe and encouraging workplace.

Participants will leave:

– Motivated to strengthen work relationships through understanding how it benefits wellbeing and team cohesion.
