Student Experience Network (SEN) is proud to partner with The Save Group to provide members with practical, people-focused HR support designed specifically for dynamic, fast-paced workplaces. Through this partnership, SEN members gain access to complimentary HR advice—covering areas such as award interpretation, pay rates, performance management, the Fair Work Act, and more—via up to four short consultations per year. Members can also tap into The Save Group’s extensive expertise through optional paid services, including workshops, coaching, recruitment support, culture assessments, and tailored HR solutions. Backed by a highly qualified team of consultants, The Save Group empowers organisations to build strong, compliant, and high-performing people practices, delivering flexible, no-retainer services that ensure members only pay for what they need, when they need it.

SEN Membership Benefits:

  • Email or Phone call Advice for General HR Enquires – modern award, pay rates, terminations or redundancies, performance management, Fair Work Act, etc.
  • Maximum 4x Calls per year of < 30 minutes of advice (2 hours in total for the year).

How to access:
1. Email SEN that you need assistance and what your HR query is.
2. SEN will introduce you to The Save Group via email and provide a Meeting Booking Link.
3. You can book a Video Meeting to talk to a HR Consultant; Or ask your questions in Email.

Additional Paid Services:

You can engage TSG for additional work, services, training workshops, coaching, FWC representation, or purchasing products (contract templates, letters, recruitment assessments, surveys).

The Save Group has no retainers or fixed fee’s, just pay for what you need, when you want it.

Pricing plan options:

  • HR Essentials: Ad-hoc support @ $260 per hour, billed monthly; or
  • HR Advantage: Pre-purchased bundles 25+ Hours @ $235 per hour (10% discount)
