SESSION OVERVIEW
How can we create meaningful student recognition programs that celebrate contribution, leadership and achievement? Join this interactive roundtable to explore the design and delivery of student awards programs, from developing award categories and encouraging nominations to ensuring accessible processes and fair assessment. Drawing on RUSU’s Student Life Awards as a case study, delegates will have the opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges and exchange practical ideas for establishing or enhancing awards programs within their own organisations. Whether you already run a student awards program or are considering introducing one, this session will provide valuable insights into recognising and celebrating the diverse contributions students make to campus life.
