PRESENTER
Annika Clayton is Head of Programs at Consent Labs.
With a background in client services, sales, and recruitment, Annika brings a unique blend of skills to the team. Having started her career at an education company, she loves having a yarn with teachers, principals, and everyone in between!
Annika became passionate about consent education and the prevention of sexual violence from her time at college in the United States. Witnessing firsthand the impact a lack of education leads to, especially within the college sports setting, ignited her drive to make a difference. She spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive new Sexual Assault Policy and Reporting Process within the Athletic Department at the University of Wyoming.
Annika’s mission at Consent Labs is to raise awareness, empower educators, and ensure as many young people as possible across Australia have the opportunity to access real and relevant consent education.
