PRESENTERS
Kris Stewart is a creative industries executive and artistic leader whose work has been seen through the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
He has had great success as a producer and director taking organisations through periods of change or growth, and in launching new initiatives, such as the founding of a number of key festivals and major events.
Currently, Kris is the Chief Executive Officer of QMUSIC, and the producer of Australia’s largest music industry event BIGSOUND, as well as the Qld Music Awards, Valley Fiesta and Tropic Fiesta, amongst other things.
Jennifer Osborne is a highly motivated event management professional with a strong background in marketing and community engagement. Currently serving as the Community and Culture Coordinator at Griffith University Gold Coast Student Guild, Jennifer leads a wide range of large-scale events, from concept to delivery, while managing logistics, promotional plans, and diverse teams. With a Bachelor’s in Business, majoring in Marketing and Event Management from Griffith University, and a passion for creating inclusive and impactful experiences, she has honed her skills through roles in event coordination, marketing, and career development.
