
SESSION OVERVIEW
Share the Dignity’s advocacy and communications specialist Brittiny Edwards will host an interactive workshop that will explore how tertiary education providers and student networks can work together to improve student wellbeing through the provision of free period products. Participants will discuss practical approaches, share learnings, and identify opportunities for collaboration to ensure every student has the support they need to thrive.

Brittiny Edwards is the Advocacy and Communications Specialist at Share the Dignity, an Australian charity working to end period poverty. Passionate about creating change, she is dedicated to supporting vulnerable women, girls, and people who menstruate. Brittiny spearheaded the 2024 Bloody Big Survey, which captured the voices of more than 153,000 Australian menstruators, building the world’s largest dataset on menstruation. With her expertise and commitment, she amplifies Share the Dignity’s mission and drives meaningful change towards achieving menstrual equity.
