Welcome to SEN’s Clubs & Societies Governance Toolkit
We all know effective Club Governance supports well-functioning, successful clubs and establishes a strong governing culture within them. It is also associated with the longevity of many well-established Societies.
To help support Clubs & Societies on your campus, SEN, in partnership with CPR Group, has created an innovative Club Governance resource library. These resources can sit alongside your existing club resources or as the primary guidelines if your campus is developing their own.
Content structure was based on direct consultation with the SEN Clubs and Society Committee, working groups with University Club’s managers across Australia plus an online members survey. Additional information, templates and guidelines were contributed by the solid industry expertise of CPR Group.
DETAILS OF THE RESOURCES
The online resources address all aspect of good club governance including roles and responsibilities of the executives, planning, meetings, financial management and more.
