SESSION OVERVIEW: This session focuses on an annual project run by Business Co-Design at University of Sydney Business School: Work. Live. Play. Learn (WLPL). WLPL aims to contextualise understandings of the student experience in the broader influences (work, live, play) in students lives. In collecting qualitative audio-visual data we are able to represent student narratives in ways that are meaningful and dialogical to our student cohort/s. As an embedded research project, the insights inform educators, support staff and decision-makers around curriculum and program design.
The session is both a “how-to”, providing useful tips around collecting qualitative student data and insights, and a “here’s what we heard”, with the aim of generating discussion and connection among session participants.
