Social Media Coordinator – University of Queensland Union

About The Role

We’re seeking an up-and-coming social media gun who can wrangle multiple profiles across multiple platforms. You’ll be UQU’s campus correspondent whose job it is to keep the students of UQ informed and up to date on all the latest happenings of the UQ Union including events, campaigns and initiatives, Clubs & Societies, giveaways, business trading news, and support services info. As the primary developer of content you’ll have a lot of creative freedom to shape the social media content plan and identify new ways to contribute to the Marketing strategy.

The University of Queensland Student Union (UQU) is a not-for-profit organisation, that supports and represents the student community by actively promoting a positive, fun, healthy and supportive student Experience.

This is a unique organisation, operating numerous food, beverage, entertainment and retail outlets on UQ campuses, as well as Student Advocacy and Support, and student clubs and societies at St Lucia, Gatton, Herston & Dutton Park Campuses.
