This session will showcase insights from five leading Australian universities currently implementing the S.E.R.V.E. Approach by Campus Consultancy to quantify the impact of student engagement on retention and institutional value. With early data trends, case studies, and practical examples, this update is designed to equip staff across Australia with the knowledge and tools to advocate for the value of student experience initiatives—transforming anecdotal stories into powerful, data-driven outcomes that resonate with executive decision-makers.
