About The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened in the VU Careers Education and Employment team due to the incumbent being successful in a leadership role.
As a Careers Consultant in the Careers Education team, you will be part of a highly experienced, postgraduate-qualified team of seven Careers Educators committed to enhancing student employability. Your role will focus on designing and delivering bespoke career education curriculum, including in-person teaching and the development of engaging digital resources.
You will also be part of the broader Careers Education and Employment team, collaborating with Careers Hub specialists, including Employability Consultants and Industry Engagement Officers, to create meaningful career development opportunities for students by supporting their transition to graduate employment and enhancing their understanding of career pathways, industry expectations, and employability skills.
This is a full-time continuing position at an HEP 7 classification, salary range $97,863 (per annum) – $105,932 (per annum) plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. This role is being offered on a hybrid working arrangement.
