About The Role

We are seeking a passionate individual to provide project and administrative support to the Student Engagement, Inclusion and Belonging team, assisting with projects associated with Student Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Head, Student Engagement Inclusion, and Belonging and the Manager, Student Activation and Belonging in developing a strategic student diversity and inclusion plan
  • Support the Manager, Student Activation and Belonging with planning and briefing for student equity, diversity and inclusion student activation and education activities
  • Provide administrative support for the Respect Now Always Program including any regulatory requirements such as the National Student Safety Survey and the Action Plan and Code addressing Gender Based Violence in Higher Education
  • Oversee the use of the sensory space and complete administrative tasks related to its function
  • Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations
  • Perform any other duties as required and appropriate for this classification

You’ll be a self-starting individual with excellent work organisation and time management skills and ability to remain resilient when under pressure. You will have expert planning, design and content development capabilities, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, applying a methodical and consultative approach in your work, and be motivated to deliver work outputs that are of a consistent high quality.
