Using an employment application tracking project and RMIT Plus as a case study, we will demonstrate how structured co-curricular programs & services can enhance student employability and support university objectives. Attendees will gain practical insights into designing and implementing initiatives that not only enrich the student experience but also provide measurable benefits in terms of employability and institutional strategy.
