Customer Service Officer, Aquatic Centre – UQ Sport
About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at the UQ Sport Aquatic Centre. This role will focus on providing exceptional service in our retail and café areas, ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience and that retail operations run smoothly.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in promoting UQ Sport’s products and services, working closely with the Aquatics Centre’s Duty Manager to maximize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain a high standard of operations.
We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to contribute positively to our team’s goals. If you’re someone who takes initiative, has a knack for sales, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
