Data vs Human-centric Approach to Student Services
SESSION OVERVIEW
The universities require data to continue funding for student-facing services. The increased focus on collecting data sometimes develops a culture where the services see students as a number only. This session aims to discuss how we, as service providers, become efficient in data management while keeping the service human-centric.
