The University of Newcastle Student Association (UNSA) is looking for a General Manager to lead the organisation as head of all daily staffing and operations at UNSA, managing the offices and team members in the provision of all student services, activities and initiatives. The General Manager will act as a conduit between staff and the UNSA President, Board and SRC, assess staff training and performance, and forge connections at the highest level with both senior University figures and community stakeholders, to ensure that UNSA continues to deliver services of the utmost quality to University of Newcastle students.
This is a great opportunity to lead a fresh, young not-for-profit organisation (born on 1 July 2020) whose purpose is to positively impact the student experience at the University of Newcastle in matters related to educational experience, welfare, and wellbeing, and by providing a range of activities, extra-curricular events and out-of-class engagement opportunities.
