HR Business Partner – Arc@UNSW

About The Role

Working alongside the Head of Human Resources this role will be instrumental in the success of the team along with the wider business. This role will deliver both the traditional remit as well as supporting and driving new projects and initiatives throughout the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP collaborates with key stakeholders to align people strategies with Arc’s objectives and promotes a culture that reflects our commitment to student-centric service, inclusivity, and innovation. The mix will vary depending on the demands at any given time, but you will have lots of variety and challenges along the way.
