The Manager Program Advice is responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to students to shape their academic journey, enhancing student retention and success rates, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Manager, Program Advice plays a pivotal role in leading the Program Advice team within the Student Engagement portfolio. This role is crucial for supporting students to progress through their academic programs, enhancing retention and success rates. The successful candidate collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align strategic and operational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

This Includes:
Leading a team dedicated to providing high-quality progression and success advice to students. Utilising extensive knowledge of Higher Education policy and best practices to effectively resolve complex student matters. Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal stakeholders across Colleges, Schools, and Divisions. Driving a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the overall student experience.
