Join this session to learn about the innovative ‘Student Engagement and Retention Value Equation’ (S.E.R.V.E.) created by Josh Farr from Campus Consultancy, and supported by SEN. This tool is currently being utilised by student organisations (and private companies) across Australia to quantify multi-million dollar valuations, advocate for increased funding and showcase the effectiveness of student organisations to enhance student experience and retention. With the lessons from this session, you will be positioned to know where your dollars are best spent, how effective your activities are at engaging students and how to use data to design your strategy and training programs for 2025 and beyond.
