As the Senior UniBar Supervisor, you’ll be instrumental in driving the day-to-day operations and overall success of the bar. With your strong background in bar supervision, you’ll lead by example—delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining high presentation standards, curating product offerings, managing inventory, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Your leadership and operational expertise will ensure UniBar continues to thrive as a go-to venue for students, staff, and live music lovers alike.

About You:

As a positive and passionate leader, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment you will work closely with the UniBar – Entertainment Venue & Project Manager to supervise staff, manage operations, and contribute to the ever-growing live music culture on campus. In addition, you will need to have the following experience and skills:

• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Extensive experience in bar, event and live music environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to react quickly and effectively to unexpected challenges especially those associated with facilitating live music and events.
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of WHS practices and food safety regulations
• Experience in cash handling and delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
